This document forms a legally binding agreement between the tkpk3 platform (website: tkpk3.lat) and its users. The term "platform" used on this page refers to tkpk3's website, mobile version, and all related services.

To open an account or use any service on the tkpk3 platform, users must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Any account created with false information will be immediately closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, device, or IP address. Multiple accounts will be seized and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled. Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

1.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and payment details at the time of registration. tkpk3 may request a copy of your ID or other documents at any time for identity verification purposes. Failure to provide accurate information may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

• The registered mobile number and payment account must be in the user's own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are not accepted.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account information up to date.

2.1 Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your tkpk3 account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is prohibited. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out from your account, whether done by you or by someone else.

2.2 Account Suspension or Closure

tkpk3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, system abuse, or bonus exploitation.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

2.3 Account Closure Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, email [email protected] or contact us via live chat. Any pending transactions must be completed before the account is closed.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tkpk3 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other listed banks). Transactions through any method not on this list are not accepted.

3.2 Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal time: 5–30 minutes, though delays may occur during the verification process.

3.3 Withdrawal Verification

tkpk3 reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.

3.4 Legitimacy of Funds

All funds deposited on tkpk3 must come from legal and legitimate sources. If funds are found to be connected to money laundering or any other illegal financial activity, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus is offered on the first deposit made at tkpk3, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Wagering must be completed within a set time from the date the bonus is issued.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.

• tkpk3 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is suspected.

4.4 Other Promotions

tkpk3 may offer various promotional deals from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be published on the offers page. tkpk3 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

5.1 General Betting Policy

Betting on tkpk3 is conducted in accordance with all standard rules. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, except in cases of technical error. Market odds may change at any time; the final odds are those at the time the bet is confirmed.

5.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally refunded. Fraudulent strategies involving multiple bets on the same event are prohibited.

5.3 Casino Games

Live casino, slots, and other games use fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The game provider's own rules apply. tkpk3 reserves the right to cancel any winnings incorrectly awarded due to a technical error.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

• Betting using software bots or automated methods.
• Bonus arbitrage or hedging strategies.
• Attempting to profit by exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.

6.1 VIP Tiers

tkpk3 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6.2 Tier Changes

VIP tiers are upgraded based on regular and active use. tkpk3 determines VIP tiers by reviewing activity; specific turnover thresholds are not announced in advance.

6.3 Cashback Payment

7.1 Fraud & Manipulation

Any form of fraudulent activity on tkpk3 is strictly prohibited. This includes: identity theft, submission of forged documents, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, collusion (illegal coordination with other players), and exploitation of system vulnerabilities.

7.2 Cyber Attacks

Any form of hacking, DDoS attack, or unauthorized access attempt on tkpk3's technical infrastructure is a punishable offence and will result in account closure and legal action.

7.3 Inappropriate or Abusive Conduct

Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward tkpk3 staff via live chat, support channels, or any other medium is strictly prohibited. Such conduct will result in account closure.

tkpk3's logo, brand name, website design, content, software, and all other elements are the intellectual property of tkpk3 or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of these elements without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Game provider companies (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe) own their respective game content. tkpk3 serves these games under valid agreements with them.
